Didn't get the valve, only got a valve o ring kit. Thought I was getting the full valve unit.

Thank you for your review. As discussed on the phone, this is the first we have been notified about the issue. The information is on the part listing regarding the different part numbers and what they mean - the one you clicked on was with 'SK' on the end meaning 'Seal Kit'.
Moving forward, I have notified IT department to fix the accessories on this valve to be clearer on the part buttons. I have also organised with you the return of the item so the refund of the seal kit can be processed. I am glad you have already sourced the valve you needed. I hope next time you remember that we are just a phone call or email away :-)
